Send a useful report
Use the form above to report a factual error, a price that has moved, or a problem with the loadout budget planner. A submitted report is stored for the site operator and receives a reference number; keep that number if you need to refer to it later.
Three kinds of report get acted on fastest, and each needs one specific thing:
| What you are reporting | What to include | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| A price that has changed | The item, the figure on this site, and the figure the vendor shows now | The price list is single-source 【B】; a screenshot of the vendor tag is not needed, but the two numbers are |
| A fact that looks wrong | The page, the sentence, and the source you are comparing against | A correction with a source can be applied immediately; one without has to be verified first |
| A problem with the planner | The cash figure and items you had ticked, and what you expected | The tool is deterministic, so those inputs reproduce the result exactly |
| A missing or outdated page | The search term that should have landed somewhere | It shows which page is missing rather than which sentence is wrong |
Do not include passwords, recovery keys, personal documents or payment details. The form does not collect an email address and does not promise a personal reply, so it is a working inbox rather than a support channel. Reports are removed during routine housekeeping rather than kept indefinitely; see the privacy policy for what is stored.
Account access
Reading this site needs no account. If you use the “save this setup” control on the loadout budget planner, that does require a Sitefarm account, and the account page uses a recovery key to reset a forgotten password. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; staff cannot retrieve a plaintext password. If both the password and the recovery key are lost, the self-service flow cannot restore the account. Account deletion is available while signed in and requires the current password.
What this site does not arrange
This form does not request technical support from the game’s developer or publisher, does not open a ticket with anyone else, and does not pass a report to BULKHEAD or Team17. It reaches the operator of this independent site only.
In particular, this site cannot help with a game account that has been reset or banned, cannot recover in-game currency, and cannot intervene in an enforcement decision. Those are matters for the publisher’s own support channel.
What gets published
A correction that changes a graded figure is applied to the page it belongs to, and the build bar at the top of that page is re-dated. Corrections are not collected into an errata page, because a reader landing on the page with the wrong number would never find it.
If a report cannot be verified, the figure stays as it is and keeps its grade. That is deliberate: replacing a single-source figure with an unverified one would make the page look more certain while making it less true, which is the opposite of what this site is for.
