The scope of the fix
KONAMI’s notice describes an update for a launch failure that leaves a black screen on some high-refresh-rate displays. The publisher expects version 1.1.3 to improve the issue, but says it can still occur in certain environments.
That distinction matters: the announcement describes progress toward a complete fix, rather than confirming that all launch failures have been eliminated.
If the game still will not start
The notice directs affected players to customer support after installing the update and says further update information will follow when available. Recording the installed version, display configuration and precise launch behaviour will make a report more useful.
GameInfo is summarising the official notice. We have not reproduced the failure on our own monitor setup and are not presenting an untested graphics-setting change as a proven workaround.
