Why a price list belongs on a reference site

The most expensive mistake in WARDOGS is not dying — it is buying the wrong thing with money you cannot replace. Cash persists between matches 【A】, but the gear bought for a life is consumed by that life 【A】, so a price list is really a list of recurring costs rather than one-off purchases.

Every figure below comes from the Season 1 announcement dated 9 September 2026 and is graded single-source 【B】. Prices have already moved once since early access began, which is the reason each page on this site carries a build bar naming the patch it assumes.

Vehicles not listed here — including the Kodiak Assault, URAL Covered, URAL Attack and the Humvee with miniguns — appear in the unlock milestones but have no traced price 【Unconfirmed】. They are deliberately absent rather than estimated. The vehicle tier list groups what is known by cost band, and the progression guide lists the unlock gates in full.

Payouts, for comparison

Prices only make sense next to income. These are the verified rates the spending has to come out of:

SourceAmountGrade
Recon mark$100【B】
Bandage heal$200【B】
Kill assist, Control Zone$800【B】
ReviveAbout $900【B】
Build completion$1,200–$1,500【B】
Kill assist, Hot Zone$1,600【B】
Pallet delivered$2,500 against a $400 cost【B】
Pallet used for a FOB+$1,800【B】
Hot Zone passive incomeDescribed as hundreds of dollars per minute【B】

Put the two tables side by side and the design becomes visible. A $2,400 Large Hammer is two build completions 【C】. A $5,000 pistol is six Control Zone kill assists 【C】 or twenty-five revives 【C】. A $35,000 URAL is about fourteen revives 【C】 — or, put the other way, a URAL costs roughly seventeen pallet runs’ worth of net delivery income 【C】, and it can be lost in one death.

The traps, in order of how often they catch people

1. The scope that costs more than a vehicle. At $40,000 and $45,000 【B】, the two 6–10x scopes sit above the Dune Buggy at $25,000 and the URAL at $35,000 【B】. A player comparing “sight versus vehicle” is comparing two different orders of expense without realising it.

2. The pistol that eats half a bankroll. $5,000 【B】 is half a starting balance 【A】 for an item the source list describes as not worth buying first 【B】. The same cash buys a rifle, binoculars, a hammer and change 【C】.

3. The FOB bought alone. $7,500 【B】 is about three quarters of a starting bankroll 【C】, and it exists to serve a team. Funded solo it is one death away from being nothing.

4. The mortar’s hidden entry price. A Large Hammer at $2,400 【B】 plus FOB supply at $7,500 【B】 is $9,900 【C】 before a single round leaves the tube, and each salvo consumes 90 Ammo Supplies 【B】.

5. The discount window you did not use. Gear is discounted below level 9 【B】 and the discount never returns. Buying cheap consumables instead of the durable item you wanted is the most common form of this mistake.

How to re-check a price in under a minute

The Season 1 figures are single-source 【B】 and the game patches between seasons, so re-checking is a habit rather than a chore.

  1. Open the in-game vendor and read the item’s current tag. The vendor is the final word 【C】.
  2. Compare it against the table above. If a figure differs, this page is the thing that is out of date.
  3. Check the patch notes for a dated entry explaining the move. If there is none, the change has not been traced here yet.
  4. Send the difference to the contact page with the item and both figures. A correction with a source gets applied quickly.
  5. Re-run your kit through the budget planner before buying, so the new price is reflected in the lives-funded count rather than absorbed by surprise.

For the buying order that avoids most of the traps above, the starter loadout page prices complete kits per life, and the money per hour page shows what each tier of spending has to be funded by.
